If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.helenamagdalena.co, please send us a request by email for a return authorization within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on clothing or accessories that have been worn or used.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Helena Magdalena reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
- Custom orders cannot be returned.
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.helenamagdalena.co the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers). A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Once the exchange item is received to the Helena Magdalena studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. Helena Magdalena covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only on packages being sent back to Helena Magdalena studio.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Helena Magdalena. If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via e-mail and phone a total of three times before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or color. To return an item please write to us at email@example.com and specify your order number.
